Hello again. I have a niece who suffers from ADD and panick attacks I would like to give a her a gift (crystals) to help with this. Kindly advise me which crystal would be the best choice to help her symptoms. Many Blessings <3

Thank you for your inquiry. For your niece that suffers from panic attacks* and ADD*, I would suggest Lithium Quartz for the panic attacks and Fluorite for the ADD. I would also add Amethystin for helping to integrate all of these changing energies into the auric field.
A good way to use these crystals would be to wear a Lithium Quartz pendant and Amethystand Fluorite in a necklace or bracelet. Keeping tumbled stones under her pillow would be beneficial. Infusing water with the energy of these crystals would be a great way to absorb the energy on a continuous basis. Here is a link to a videothat explains how to do this. Please charge the water with the crystals on the outside of the glass pitcher. Even in tumbled form I prefer Lithium Quartz and Fluorite on the outside of the pitcher. Since I don't know how old she is, I also like to err on the side of safety when placing stones in water and not put any (even safe ones) in the pitcher.
