I am currently suffering from chronic fatigue, heart problems, and panic attacks. I am also a cancer survivor. Do you have any recommendations for healing stones for these issues? Thanks for all your help.

So sorry to hear you have been having issues. Green Calcite and Kunzite may be able to help with your panic attacks. When you feel one coming on, try holding the crystals in your hand and allow them to disperse and balance your energy while breathing deeply. Tourmalinated Quartz can help reduce nervous energy and exhaustion and is also beneficial to the heart. Additionally, I recommend you use Citrine, Amethyst, Carnelian and Malachite to strengthen your heart and also assist in your continued cancer recovery. These crystals will help you to feel more energized and less tired as well. You can set up a healing grid using these or other crystals that your intuition guides you to use. It would help to wear the crystals or carry them in your pocket to keep yourself in constant contact with them. Also, please remember the importance of clearing the energy of your crystals regularly to help them maintain their maximum healing potential.
