Hi, I was wondering which crystal I can use for anxiety? Would love to hear back from you.
Hi M,
I would recommend starting with Lithium Quartz and then adding Lepidolite after about a week, so you have a chance to assess any change in your anxiety level. You might also consider using Selenite. Even if you don't find it necessary to use along with the other crystals, it is very calming and can be used to cleanse the other stones. So, when they are not in use you can place them on or near the Selenite and they will stay cleansed and ready for you!
