I would like to order some crystals to help with dizziness. I might start with amethyst. This may sound silly, but what exactly do I do with it? Just keep it close with me at all times? Thank you.

Thanks so much for your question about crystals for dizziness and how to use them - it isn't a silly question at all!  

Amethyst
is a good choice as long as it makes you feel grounded. Amethyst is one of those crystals that has a multitude of energies and it is not "grounding" to everyone. Other grounding crystals that I would recommend are Black Obsidian (that is what I use), Onyx, Black Jasper & Hematite. Lapis Lazuli is also excellent for Vertigo since it's energy is often focused towards the Third Eye and it can be a stabilizing force.  

I like to wear the crystal as a bracelet since that way it is always with me. You can carry it in your pocket or bag but since you want it to counteract any dizzy feelings you should try to keep in on your physical person as much as possible.
