Hi T:

Thank you for your question about Sacred Geometry and how to make the best use of our Sacred Geometry sets.

Sacred Geometry is a term to describe the various beliefs that have been held by cultures and religions throughout history regarding geometric shapes.  It is really all about the meanings and symbolism that have been assigned to shapes that are found in nature and man-made structures.  The link below will take you to our archives on Healing where you can find more information about Sacred Geometry and how to use the various shapes for healing and meditation. Geometry&key=title

Our Sacred Geometry sets include 5 or 7 pieces of the Platonic Solids.  The Platonic Solids are the "building blocks" of the Universe.  Every physical manifestation from a flower to a building to a person derives from these Platonic shapes.  The sets come in different crystals including Rose Quartz , Amethyst , Clear Quartz and Smokey Quartz .   As each of these crystals have different properties, they will work differently with each shape - which also has different properties -  and offer multiple healing and meditative opportunities.    For instance, someone who suffers from headaches may get the most benefit from an Amethyst dodecahedron - the shape that is associated with the third-eye and crown chakra and the element of ether.  A Smokey Quartz cube would help bring balance since both are associated with the Root chakra and earth element.  I suggest taking a look at a few of the articles on the Healing archive and then experiment to see which crystals and shapes offer the best solutions.

Please remember that crystals are for healing and should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care. Crystals are not a medical treatment and should not be used as a replacement for medical care. Please consult your healthcare specialist for your particular needs.

Thank you again for your question and I hope that you enjoy working with Sacred Geometry and our crystals.

Crystals Blessings!
