Smokey Quartz is a crystal that is great for pain relief but my favourite way to use this crystal is when it comes to "flushing" out negativity from my energy. Sometimes I'm irritable and anything easily sets me off, then I work with Smokey Quartz to visualize inhaling love and/or light and exhaling any negativity (I visualize this as a grey smoke). I continue doing this until I feel "lighter" and more happier.
Smokey Quartz is also a great grounding crystal so if you feel you're up in the clouds often, try working with a piece of this.
Lastly, it's also one that can be recommended for those going through radiation and cancer treatments. It can offer support during healing.
