"I have recently began IV therapy every week which means many needles in my veins (up to 10 a week due to difficulties) and a lot of bruising. I've been trying to search for crystals that could aid in healing my veins after being poked so much (my veins also get blown easily so that causes more trauma to them.) Fluorite can be helpful in the regeneration and healing of tissue. You can hold it on places where the veins are damaged or wear bracelets on each arm to keep the healing active. Cleanse the crystals or bracelets frequently. Here is a link with articles on cleansing and charging.
Bloodstone is another excellent one for the healing of the circulatory system and blood flow.
For bruising you could try some of these crystals: Hematite, Blue Lace Agate and Amethyst. Try putting them in the freezer and then place them on the bruised areas.
