I see info saying crystals will give self esteem, for instance. What proof scientifically is there that any of this stuff works? Also is there any reference of stones from the Bible? Seems you do have a great website.

My belief is that each crystal contains a specific vibration and when we work with it, it can change our own energetic vibration (we become attuned to that crystal's energy). You might also check out one of the many books that are available on the subject. I tend to like Judy Hall's but there are many other great offerings as well.
