Since you are wearing a bracelet, the crystals can be cleaned once taken off. To clear a crystal, you can cleanse it by passing it through sage, passing it throughincense, placing it in water with a small amount of sea salt, passing it through cool running water or by placing it on a crystal cluster. To charge the crystals place them in moonlight and sunlight (if a crystal fades in sunlight, leave it out for a few minutes only).
Here are a few crystals I would suggest:
Bloodstone is a detoxifier which helps remove unwanted energies from the body. Amethyst works to help strengthen the energy of the body and this will help develop a strong energetic defense system
