What is the minimum number of crystals you need to have a meditation area on your desk? I would really like to try meditating with crystals, but I want to do it right without spending thousands of dollars on expensive crystals. Thank you.
Thank you for your question.
You can have only one crystal for your meditation and it can be one of the most accessible and least expensive crystals in the world -- Clear Quartzcrystal. The most important thing is that you resonate with the crystal, that you are drawn to this crystal--that means that it will offer the experiences that you need at the moment. And this can change as you grow and develop on your spiritual path.
Clear Quartz comes in many shapes and sizes (take a look!), and again there is no predetermined shape that is "better" than others . . . it all depends on your resonance with the crystal and your aesthetic sensibilities--some people like their crystals to be flawless, others enjoy working with the so-called "imperfect" crystals (those with inclusions, nicks, self-healed, etc), some people like pyramids, others enjoy spheres, etc.
Whatever you feel most drawn to at the moment is what you want to get -- you are drawn to it because your body/mind/spirit recognizes that a vibration in that crystal has something to offer you. There is no one way and no one recommendation that works for all situations and all people. It is all about you and your unique resonance pattern at this moment in time. So feel free to listen to your intuition or you can even ask while in meditation which crystal would help you the most in this moment and see what answer(s) you get.
We look forward to hearing from you and please feel free to contact us with any questions.
I hope that these recommendations can be of assistance and that crystals grace your journey with love and light.
