I have a couple questions. What's the best shape to meditate with? I have one heart, a few tumbled stones, and a couple points. Also, how do you activate your stones? Thank you!
Thanks for your question about the best shape to meditate with. I believe that it is a very personal preference and it is worth trying different shapes. Hearts feel very comfortable and inviting so they are excellent to open the lines of communication - which is really what meditation is about. My personal favorite is Pyramids. I find the shape to be useful in meditation since it reminds me of a higher source sharing what it has to offer. And the shape of a crystal always reminds me of someone kneeling in prayer - so that works for me but it may not feel the same to you so experiment and follow your instincts for the best results.
Here is a link to information about clearing and activating your crystals:
Every crystal is different and certain methods work better with some than with others...for instance crystals that have ridges along the side can be activated by rubbing the ridges and asking that the information that the crystal has to share be released. If you want some advice on a specific crystal please just write back and let me know.
