Can you suggest a strong stone for loss/grief? I'm in need and with the symptoms that go along with it. Also, how would I wear, carry, etc this stone? Thanks.

Hi M,

Thank you for your inquiry and I am sorry to hear about your loss.  My favorite remedy and support for grieving are Apache Tears.  They help one to accept and release grief by removing blockages.  Rose Quartz can also lend a soothing energy during times of grief, reminding us of the importance of self-love.  Wearing crystals in jewelry is a great way to ensure their energy is near yours for extended periods of time.  Another way to do this is to sleep with your crystals, as this is a time that our bodies are already working to heal themselves and can be more receptive to the energy of crystals.  Similarly, meditation is also a time where our bodies become more receptive and one's meditation practices can be greatly enhanced by the addition of crystals.

Crystal Blessings!

Yes! After my sons passing last October I carried this stone with me everywhere, I even slept with it. Yes im still grieving for my son and probably will until I take my last breath, but I do believe it helps me to be strong when I need to. I kerp it in my left pants pocket throughout the day and place under my pillow at night. Its the only one I hold into everyday.  (Submitted by: dawnmarie on May 17, 2014)
