What do you call the dark stone/crystal that comes in twos? it is very powerful and is round and black, but not shiny.

Thanks for your question. Are you possibly referring to "Boji Stones"? These stones are dark brown, not shiny but not black as you asked. Smooth stones are known as "female" and those with protrusions are the "male"stones. Locally from Boji Valley in Colorado. They are also called Shaman Stones or Mochi Marbles.
Great for healing sessions, grounding and energy blocks. I know people in the West using them for communication with animals.
