Question: Hi, I am very new to this and not sure which way to go. I believe I am an Empath. At first I thought it was just because I'm a Cancer, emotional and sensitive with my moods literally changing like the moon. Someone suggested I may be an Empath. As I have read, a lot of things are making more sense. I experience ringing as well as almost a fast pulse sound in my ear & my ears are fine per the doctor, yesterday I had pain across my chest as if I had being bench pressing weights, I'm always drained but have a very hard time falling asleep, I have a tendency to carry emotions and let them out in my own personal life. Basically I could be fine, a friend or someone tell me about what they are feeling and I express that same feeling in my own home when I shouldn't. I get very overwhelmed in grocery stores, restaurants, etc. please help me, and what do I need?

Answer:  Hi K,

I'm sorry you have been having a difficult time lately. Crystals can help empaths to cope with energies around them and their sensitivity. Wearing a piece of Black Tourmaline is great for blocking and protecting you from other people's energies, which is the overwhelming feeling you are experiencing. This stone will also keep you grounded and balanced. Use Citrineto give you an energetic boost when feeling drained. Please be sure to clear the energy of these crystals daily when using them for this purpose. You may also find a local meditation or spiritual group helpful in learning more about your gift and helping you to control it more. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I hope your journey is blessed with Love and Light.
