Question:  I have carotid artery stenosis which is the narrowing of the blood vessels in the neck that carry blood from the heart to the brain & have had two mini strokes which has affected my memory. I would like to put together three or four stones that would work together to help me be free of this blood clot disorder. I was hoping you would be able to tell me what combination of stones would be best?

Answer:  Hello L,

Thanks for reaching out to Healing Crystals! First, I do need to tell you that I am not a doctor and cannot give medical advice. Crystals should be used as support in conjunction with proper medical care, which I am sure you are receiving. That being said, I would love to help you put together a kit to help support you through this issue.

The very first stone that came to mind for you was Bloodstone. I myself have had great success using Bloodstone for anemia and low blood counts. I understand that in your case or rather in the case of a stroke and blood clots, this may be an issue of blood counts being too high, but Bloodstone works as a balancer, so it would work well in your case too.

A stone that works similarly for this purpose is Hematite.

The next stone I would recommend is Citrine which may improve circulation.

I would also suggest Kyanite, as it is known to treat the brain and support motor function, which may help in recovery from the previous strokes.

Lastly, I would recommend Amber. It's a powerful healer that can support the body in healing itself and has the added bonus of helping you heal emotionally from any feelings you are struggling with as you walk this path.

I wish you the best of luck and I hope that you have a quick recovery on your way to better health. If you have any further questions about the above-mentioned crystals, please feel free to reach out. I would be more than happy to assist you further.
