Question: I'm trying to expand my knowledge of crystals and healing, and I don't know where to start - there is so much information online! I started a list of basic and easily accessible stones, but I'm still a little confused on what to do, which leads me to my two part question.
1 - What stones do I start with? I know this must be a common question on this site, but I'm looking for the following:
- something to help align my chakras
- to connect me to the elements and spirit guides
- a general stone to wear on a daily basis
2 - In my research, I read that Green Fluorite can assist with asthma. Is this true? With all the different options, what is the best stone to carry with me to help ease my symptoms?

Yes, Fluorite can be helpful for those with Asthma. Here are some other crystals that also may help: Amber, Amethyst, Azurite, Beryl, Blue Lace Agate, Blue Jade, Carnelian, Chrysocolla, Larimar, Malachite, Rhodochrosite
