Dear C,
I must share the standard disclaimer that I am not a doctor and cannot give out medical advice. Crystals for healing should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care. With that said, for your condition, I would like to start by suggesting some crystals that can help.
Some many machines do make our life easier, entertain us, babysit us, as well as all the EMF smog that goes along with them. This is a common complaint. As we become more high tech, and aquire more electronic equipment, we are subjected to more and more electronic smog. A piece of fluorite carried with you or put near your computer will help. Here are some more crystals that can help.

Aventurine, All
Herkimer Diamond
Kunzite, Yellow
Lepidolite
Tourmaline, Black
Unakite
I myself favor the fluorite as the best crystal for this situation, but use your intuition. What works for me may not work for you. Choose what your intuition guides you to use.
