I was curious to know if there is a specific stone used to help with self confidence. I am a very independent and confident person, but I have an issue with "how does this shirt look" and "do people think my earrings are silly", etc. It's a constant worry and I would love to be able to just get over that hump. It's sort of the last thing that is keeping me from being who I really am.
Anyways, are there any stones that are good for that, or am I just hoping for too much.... haha.

First of all, there are no silly questions! Personally, I think it shows a lot of confidence to admit that you worry about what others may think which is something that we all feel - even if we don't want to admit it.
There are tons of crystals that will help with self confidence and self esteem. I'm going to suggest you wear a Garnet. I think earrings will be the best but it's hard to wear the same ones everyday so maybe a bracelet or a ring. Garnet cleanses negative emotions and stimulates your Root Chakra so you feel confident in being who you are. I would also suggest a Chalcedony for when you relax. Keep it by you when you sleep or meditate or even watch TV. It is a very calming, balancing stone that will help clear away any self doubts. I have a Chalcedony Pyramid that I use to promote confidence.
