I would like to know what crystals or stones are good for cleansing and removing negativity around me. I feel that there are so much negative energies around me where so much bad situations have occured lately eg. losing my job. In a couple of month I will be taking my nursing exam and I would like to cleanse myself and remove negativity around me. I purchased the double clear quartz crystal and I loved it. Also, my mother in law would like to know what crystal or stone is good to have with her when she plays bingo for good luck.

Thank you for your inquiry. To clean negative energy around you, I would usesage in the home, a salt scrub in the shower (or Epson salt in the bath, please use a bath mat for the scrub) and I would wear crystals for protection. Yoga, walking and meditating can assist in moving and releasing stagnant energy too.
These are crystals that can aid in your quest for protection:
Amethyst - spiritual protection
Labradorite - auric protection
Obsidian - energetic protection
I would also suggest some energy work. Donna Eden has some videos on YouTube that show different techniques on how to protect yourself. I recommend the Zip Up and drawing figure 8's with your hands in the air to tighten your aura.
As for good luck, I would suggest Citrine and Chrysanthemum Stone.
