Question: What crystals help promote womb health?
Thank you so much for contacting us for this question! I am very passionate about womb healing and women's health so I have several recommendations for you.
For crystals, I recommend carnelian and garnet for uterine healing. As well, tangerine quartz is great for healing the reproductive system and moonstone is wonderful for the womb and overall woman's health. The orange crystals coordinate with the sacral chakra, which is a woman's place of divine feminine energy. I recommend carrying the crystals in your pockets so they are close to your sacral, womb and ovaries. As well, you can tape them to the areas you need healing, and wear as jewelry. If you use the crystals everyday, I suggest cleansing them about once a week via smudging, sound, full moon light or any other method in this article here.
When working with crystals, your intention is absolutely essential as it directs the flow of energy to support your healing. You can also use an affirmation to support your intention: for example, "My womb supports me and radiates love. My uterus is strong, wise and powerful."
As well I'd like to suggest some other healing techniques that can work for womb healing. Sound healing is an incredible source for this type of healing as it raises the vibration of the body and promotes healing on a cellular level. You could seek out a sound healer, or you can use instruments on yourself too (eg. rattle, crystal bowl, crystal pyramid, drum, chimes). Herbalism will be a wonderful aid for you: lemon balm and raspberry lead are ideal for womb healing and menstruation. You can also use herbs for a yoni steam which is a sacred ritual to honour our womb space and relax and revitalize it. There are lots of sources online that you can explore, but feel free to ask me questions too!
I hope this helps you!
Don't forget to cleanse and clear your crystals.
We feel that crystals can complement other therapies and support energetic well being.
