Thanks for reaching out to us with your question. For arthritis, try Aquamarine, Fluorite, Copper, Kunzite or Malachite. Members of my family have found substantial relief by using copper rings or bracelets. I recommend using Malachite and Lapis for inflammation and Kunzite for joint pain in problem areas. I have found that for inflammation the crystals work best when placed directly on the problem area or by drinking gem water. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
