There are a few crystals that you can use for congestion and/or allergies. Green Aventurine is a great one to use as it is wonderful for healing and it will help loosen and release negative energy blockages, including disease. Fluorite would be another one that helps the tissues and immune system of the body to heal. Emerald is a super one for healing. A great one for the lungs, it can help with congestion and the healing process.
