Thanks for reaching out to Healing Crystals. I am so sorry to hear of your current struggles. I can certainly understand how such a chaotic energy can be draining on you. I do have some ideas for crystals to place in your home or give to your family members that may help balance out the energy in your home. First, I would not recommend having any clear quartz set about, as clear quartz is an energy amplifier. So, if the energy in your home is aggressive, angry, or sad, those are the feelings that will be multiplied. I get the impression that the emotions coming from your teens are hormonal, and for that I would recommend Blue Lace Agate. This can calm the aggressiveness and the disrespectfulness. It promotes peace and encourages positive communication. I would also strongly recommend Smoky Quartz for its ability to neutralize negativity and promote a more calm environment.
For your husband, Rose Quartz is an excellent choice to help him feel love and be able to give love. For helping turn his luck around with regard to his career, I feel Pyrite or Citrine would be excellent choices.
For overall good vibrations in the home, I would place some larger pieces of Amethyst in the rooms where your family spends the most time together.
