I have a bad case of Psoriasis. What crystals/stones are good for this, How would I use it?

Hi G:

Thanks for your questions about which crystals can help you with Psoriasis.  Blue Lace Agateand Labradoriteare both excellent choices since they have a calming influence that will relieve the stress that causes the outbreaks.  I would also suggest Leopardskin Jaspersince it's healing energies are very effective for skin diseases and discomforts.

There are a few ways that you could use the crystals.  I would suggest that you either wear or carry them with you.  Bracelets are easy to wear and they produce a constant flow of energy throughout the day.  You can carry a stone in your pocket as well and that can be just as effective.  You might want to sleep with the crystal(s) either in your bed or if that is inconvenient place them in your pillowcase.  Often our best healing comes when we are at rest and not letting our mind distract us.  You could also try drinking water charged with the crystals (keep the crystals outside of the water) and just holding one in your hand for a few minutes every day.  You really don't have to do anything special for them to be able to help...just by having them around it should relieve some of your symptoms.

I hope this helps and I would love to hear back from you about which Crystals that you used and how they worked for you.  Thank you again for your questions and your support of Healing Crystals.com.  Please let us know if we can be of any further service.

Wishing you lots of Love and Light!

Crystal Blessings!
