Thanks for reaching out to Healing Crystals! I'm very sorry to hear of your friend's health struggles. She's lucky to have a great friend who is looking out for her! It's quite easy to get confused and overwhelmed when researching crystals. There is so much information and then you have to factor in how everyone is different and will respond differently to crystals. 

For Pulmonary Hypertension, I would use a combination of crystals for blood pressure and overall pulmonary/cardiovascular health. Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Lapis, and/or jasper would all be appropriate and I would throw in some clear quartz to boost the energy. Blue Tourmaline is also a good one if you have any of that.
