Question: What crystals can help my dog who has osteosarcoma?

Answer:

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

I had no idea what osteosarcoma was, so I did a bit of research and according to Google, it is a type of bone cancer that begins in the cells that form bones. I am so sorry to hear your dog has been diagnosed with this. Our elder dog has bone cancer and I had no idea this was the proper medical term. It breaks my heart, especially to see his legs so stiff and weak.

Crystals that I can recommend for your furbaby:
Please know that crystals cannot be used as a substitute for veterinary care or advice. Crystals can be used as a complementary therapy to medical practices.

If he/she is in pain, I'd recommend Rainbow Fluorite or Smokey Quartz. Both are known to be good pain relievers BUT dogs don't always respond well to Smokey Quartz.
I think that a nice massage with this could be very beneficial IF your dog will allow that. It could especially help if they are quite stiff after lying down for sometime.

Lepidolite
can also assist with support if they are in physical discomfort and can't sleep because of pain.

Howlite
can be very good for the health of bones and it can assist with strengthening the bones.

Philip Permutt (The Crystal Healer) recommends calcite (blue calcite is especially great for inflammation and it has a gentle, calming vibration to it), peridot and zebra jasper for bone cancer; as well as to hold them to areas of discomfort.

When it comes to crystals and animals, it is important to pay special attention to the animal. When he/she has received enough crystal energy, they will let you know by usually moving away from the crystals.
You could also leave a few of the crystals in an area they spend a lot of time so that they can soak up those vibes.
If you leave a few crystals near where they sleep or have a charm made for them, ALWAYS ensure that the crystals are big enough so that the dog cannot swallow them. This is incredibly important.

If you notice anything you'd like a recommendation for, please let me know and I would love to assist you. I adore animals and animal healing.

Don't forget to cleanse and clear the crystals!

I hope this helps a bit.
