Are the recommendations still true if the asthma is caused by physical/sexual abuse? Articles say this asthma is permanent, but I am hopeful that i can reverse it.

Thanks so much for your question about crystals that are healing for Asthma. While I believe that medical science suggests that Asthma is a permanent condition I am with you and believe that it is possible to find permanent relief. I had bad Asthma as a child and I don't anymore so it is possible and the crystals suggested in the article will help as long as you use them with your regular medical care and diet and exercise will also play a part.
