I'm new to your site, its awesome! I am seeking some information about positive crystal energy, and have very minimal experience with the work myself.
My husband and I recently sign a contract f or our very first home! so exciting, we are days with in closing but have just found out the previous owner died in a unsavory manor in thehome. We haev only been on the property once but did not feel any bad "vibes' however I am fearful this could be a challenge for me.
My husband believes we will be OK here, with some traditional blessings by priest and possibly metaphyiscal such as smudging which I have done in our own apartment in the past. He even think he would like to pay respects at the owners grave. For me I have a strong religious conservative background that gives me some definite opinions about suicide which is what this person did in the home.
At this point I am unsure if i can live in the home knowing what I do now. I like the house, and the land, its got so much potential. We've only been married a couple of years and hope to start a family and life in this new place.

I must share the standard disclaimer that I am not a doctor and cannot give out medical advice. Crystals for healing should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care.
Here are some tips that I have found to work over the years. Married to a military man for 20 years we moved a lot. I have found several ways to clear a new apartment or home of unwanted energy or presence. First Smudge every room, get into the corners and do a good job. I make an incense of bay leaves, basil leaves and elderberry flowers and burn this in the home as you would sage for smudging. In the center room I would place bowls of rose quartz and citrine. You can also put pieces of black tourmaline on all the window sills. This should remove any presence that may be in the home. Sprinkling holy water doesn't hurt either. I wish you happiness in you new home.
