Chakra Crystals in a Bottle

Question:

"Looking to create several types of elixirs w/essential oils & flower essences to handle various health issues, to strengthen immune systems, etc. So, I wanted to know what stones are good mixed w/water or carrier oils or essential oils? Should they be in crystal form? Should stones be tumbled? Looking for a variety of options, as healing stones vibrate with people differently, depending on what the body needs. Thank you."

Answer:

Hi there S,

Okay so when it comes to crystals and essential oils, I recommend Allie. She wrote a booklet called "The Oily Crystal" and she goes in depth into essential oils and crystals, as well as what crystals work with what oils. You can check that out here: Allie and The Oily Crystal
That is her lane and her expertise so I'm happy to recommend you to her for advice.

When it comes to crystals and water, I don't like to recommend adding crystals directly to water for use because some stones, and many of them are toxic. So it takes research when you're adding crystals directly to water for any type of use (spray, drinking, bathing, etc.) You can always make use of our Crystal Safeguards page which is filled with our research of toxic stones.

I personally prefer using an indirect method for charging. Here I like to get creative by taping my crystal to the water bottle or mug. Yes, I do that LOL!

Now, if you're creating elixirs for people to buy, you cannot exactly package a bottle with taped crystals... it's not that pretty. You can however, based upon your intention, create a crystal grid with crystals for your intention. Then instead of a stone in the center, you have your jar or bottle, which will now be charged by the crystals around it. If you have points in the grid, be sure to have the points pointing inward toward the center bottle/whatever you're using.

We have a Charging Water section which you can browse through and that includes a few basic recipes that you can look at or try and tweak to your needs/intentions. There is also a page about crystals that can be damaged by water, however always research even if the stone isn't listed there because you want to be sure. When in doubt, leave it out.

I hope this helps :)
