I need more information, My fiance has   Fibromyalgia/ Myofascial Pain Syndrome  . Can you recommend crystals for her? This sounds like something that could help other people as well.

Hi J,

I’m so sorry to hear about your fiancé’s condition. You can try the following crystals to help her: Lapis Lazuli, Larimar, Malachite and  Green Calcite. When treating pain, you can place the stones directly on the affected area to draw the pain out,  she could wear/carry the crystals, or she could use an elixir. Here is an article with more information on making crystal elixirs. Also please remember the importance of clearing your crystals frequently when using them for healing purposes. This will help them to retain their effectiveness and strengthen their healing ability. Here are some different methods you can use to clear the energy of your crystals. A crystal grid is another tool that would be beneficial (here is more detailed information on making grids), but I also recommend she wear or carry stones on her constantly to help with the day-to-day issues and provide constant benefits. Reiki is also often helpful for healing and relieving pain, and she may want to consider visiting a Reiki practitioner if she is not already. I will keep her in my thoughts and send her healing energy and light. I hope these recommendations provide her some comfort.

Crystal Blessings,

Stephanie
