Hi. My 13 year old niece has been diagnosed with Crohn's diesease and also has high anxiety which became worse with the diagnosis. I've been looking for a crystal for her anxiety, but I am confused. What would you recommend?

Lithium Quartzand Kunziteare very good as well asBlue Lace Agateand Blue Calcite.Wearing them in jewelry and placing them under her pillow at night may be beneficial.
