Trying to sell my mother-in-laws house for the last 10 years with no luck. Please help.

Thanks for contacting us with your question. When trying to sell a house, I first clear the energy of the whole house by smudging it with sage. After you light the sage, use a feather to fan the smoke around every room including all corners. Then when you are finished, open all the windows and allow the fresh air to remove all the negative energy. Then try placing Black Tourmaline, Citrine, Iron Pyrite, Rose Quartz and Sunstone around your home to promote a pleasing energy in the home that will be inviting to potential buyers.
