starting to use it - but I know the Love part --- but what really does the Light word mean? I hear it often.. I really like it but just want to know more about it. Thank you so much.

I love that phrase! The phrase Love and Light is to wish people Loving energy and white Light, which is pure positive energy that offers healing and cleansing to others. The white Light also raises the energetic vibration of others. It is often used in Reiki and other energy healing for these purposes and many times the person will be energetically surrounded and saturated in this bright, iridescent Light.
