Hi. I want to ask that which stone is best for high blood pressure healing. Some body suggested a crystal for me, but I would like to know what is the BEST stone. Thanks & Regards.

Thanks for reaching out to us. There isn’t necessarily a “best” crystal for lowering blood pressure. Instead you will need to find the “best” crystal or combination of crystals for you. Sodalite can help to regulate blood pressure. Blue Kyanite and Labradorite may lower blood pressure. You can also use Clear Quartz to amplify the energy of the other crystals.
