What crystals do you recommend for total body cleansing and detoxing?

Thanks for sending us your question. Bloodstone, Amethyst, Ruby and Dioptase are my choices for a total body cleanse and detox. Try charging your water with some of these crystals and drinking it three times per day as well as carrying them with you. I suggest you start with only a couple ounces of the water and gradually increase the quantity. I also like to support my body during this process with a clean diet and lots of rest.
