Question:Hello! My son was recently diagnosed with ADHD. What crystals help with this diagnosis and focus? Something that I can keep in his backpack while he's in school.

Thank you

Answer: Hi there J,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I think it is beautiful that you want to share the gift of crystals with your son!

Crystals I can recommend for ADHD and assist with better focus*:
Rainbow Fluorite can assist with mental clarity but also helps you to stay focused and not scatter-brained.
Golden Tiger Eye is another one that can assist with focus but also boost his confidence to accept himself as he is and that nothing is "wrong" with him because he is different.
Lepidolite has this amazing gentle vibes. It can assist with mental health and assist with focus on a gentle level. What's awesome about it is that it can assist to reduce stress, especially if it's stress associated with change. It's known to be beneficial with one diagnosed with ADHD as it can balance your emotions with your intellect.
Charoite next to your bed at night can also assist but in general it can help to increase your attention span.
Blue Lace Agate can assist with any immediate symptoms and it helps to calm you down.

What I would suggest is to show him these crystals and allow him to choose the ones that he is attracted to because those will resonate with him and be the best for his healing right now.
What I shall also suggest is to help form an intention with him for any of the crystals that he chooses. When we have a specific and clear intention for what we want to achieve with our crystals, that's when shifts can happen more easily.
You can also make him a little medicine bag and we have cute pouches that he can wear or carry in his back-pack.

Don't forget to clear your crystals from energetic build-up after purchase as well as on a regular basis. This is also something nice that you can do together that teaches him to be hands-on with his crystals.

I hope this helps a bit :)
Have a crystalicious day further!
