Question:
"Crystals for sexual & non-sexual intimacy - what would be the best for this?"
Answer:
Hi there C,
I'm happy to offer you suggestions!
With non-sexual intimacy, isn't that going to differ for each person based really on their love language? For instance, for someone who enjoys touch, a massage would perhaps class as non-sexual intimacy whereas someone who enjoys quality time, they'd be more interested in perhaps a movie together without distractions. It may be difficult to recommend one or a few crystals specifically for non-sexual intimacy as it may vary for what each partner wants/needs.
Crystals that are recommended for sexual intimacy, to increase passion and libido may include:
To support the Sex Drive: Carnelian, Fire Agate, Garnet, Hematite, Jet, Red Jasper, Red Tiger’s Eye
All these crystals are linked to the root and sacral chakra which are associated with the sexual organs and that sexual desire.
There are a few ways in which you can use any of the crystals listed above. Create a healing grid under your bed, wear or carry the chosen stone/stones throughout your day, place one or several under your pillow or to decorate your room (together preferably) with these.
You can even have a "spa day" for yourself at least once a week to take the time to take care of you! Place some of the recommended crystals around the edges of your tub. Draw a nice hot bubble bath for yourself. Light a few candles, put on some soothing music and relax! You can also invite your partner to join and maybe even give each other some massages.
Things of importance are to experiment with both yourself and your partner, to have fun, communicate what works and what doesn't, as well as to create a bedroom that welcomes in passion and sexual energy. If your room is an office, that's work, not a bedroom shared by two souls in an intimate way.
