Thanks for reaching out to us and I'd love to offer you some suggestions but before I do so, I must share the standard disclaimer that I am not a doctor and cannot give out medical advice. Crystals for healing should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care.
Crystals for Arthritis include: Amber, Copper, Garnet, and Malachite.
Copper has been traditionally recommended for this issue as well, so that's why I include it. I'd recommend polished/tumbled pieces which are comfortable to hold in your hand and then massaging the painful area or wearing jewelry, such as a bracelet which would be especially helpful if you had arthritis in the hands.
