Tiger Iron does have a combination of Tiger Eye, Red Jasper, and Hematite in varying degrees. This crystal maintains the properties of all three and yet has its own distinctive signature. The best way to think of this is children. Although you may have many kids from the same family, they will be different, because they inherit varying genes from each parent. In this case Tiger Iron is the child with the other crystals being the parents. The kids and crystals have the same basic structure, but each is unique and turns out differently.
