The stones are always very beautiful and fantastic quality, I haven't received anything I wasn't happy with.
It is difficult buying over the internet and not really knowing what you will receive, but your crystals are always so stunning and I am always very impressed with their beauty.
My parcels are always well wrapped and shipped in the appropriate sized box for what they are, which also means I am never over-paying on postage.
