For removing obstacles, you can try Amber or Kunzite.
For motivation, I like to use Carnelian or Citrine for their correspondence to the Sacral and Solar Plexus chakras where our drive and motivation comes from.
For achieving goals and seeing your dreams become reality, I suggest Apatite, Kyanite, Tiger eye, or my personal favorite for this purpose, Bloodstone.
