I'd love to offer you suggestions which can complement any medical treatment if you're seeking to improve their function, as crystals alone cannot do this.
Crystals for the prostate to support include Chrysoprase, and Shiva Lingam.
Crystals for the bladder and to support include Amber, Aquamarine, Jade, Mookaite Jasper, Prehnite.
As you'd like to use these on a physical level to support the organs, I'd recommend laying them in your body in the areas and meditating with them for 10-15 minutes. Keep the intention in mind to support these areas before meditating and any time you find your mind wandering, come back to that intention. You can of course use these in any other way that you work with crystals, namely jewelry, grids, intention pouches, gem waters (created indirectly).
