It's really difficult to give you one crystal because what I choose will be different from the next person and it's always a good idea to look at all crystal suggestions and choose one based on what you're drawn to.
It's also important to remember that crystals work energetically and complement all forms of therapy and healing. They cannot physically heal diseases like miracles and they're not a miracle cure. They can however support you in looking after your mind, and body to eat better and get in movement as well as supporting your emotional health.
Crystals that support strengthening the immune system include: Amber, Amethyst, Aragonite, Bloodstone, Brown Jasper, Clear Quartz, Emerald, Green Aventurine, Jade, Lapis Lazuli, Malachite, Rhodonite, Serpentine, Smithsonite, and Tourmaline (all can work but green may be most helpful physically). Take a look through each one and see what you're drawn to. If it's more than one, see how they each support the body and then make an intention bag with those.
