Thank you so much for sending me just the right crystal wand! I had wanted a clear quartz large size vogel style, but found that the single wands were out of stock. So I ordered a smokey vogel in the large, since it is my first wand I figured that the smokey would be better for me because of the grounding effect, yet when I opened my package, there was a large quartz with just the perfect shape! We have scanned the crystal and concluded that it was cut with the crystal and truly enhanced the piece without changing or impeding the flow, so I know I have truly been blessed with a quality piece for healing! I am so in love with my crystal that I sing to it, I suppose the universe thought I was ready for this piece after all! Another funny story about recieving my item. I ordered it priority because I am impatient :) I was tracking my package quite frequently as well quite anxious for it's arrival. The day it was delivered, I found my mail box empty... Immediatley I checked with my Apartment complex office to see if they had my precious parcel, but they did not. I ran back home and called the USPS, and could not get through the automated system, I was flustered! All I could see on the tracking was that it was out for delivery as of 930am, but had no confirmation. Once I finally had a representative on the line I was able able to voice my concern and frustration, with the highest respects to the rep, because I also work over the phone in customer service. However I was unable to finish a sentence before I could obtain the information I needed and was actually hung up on! I was distressed to say the least and was having trouble maintaining my calm, it had been a long day, and this representative I had contacted for help had disregarded my request simply for information! Though she did inform me that my item was scanned as delivered at 11am. I spoke with a manager who documented my concern and submitted a request for research into the missing package. I was not going to give up, I wanted this all week and the crystal was calling me to find her. Finally I realized that I had forwarded my address a week prior to my new single apt, but it was not to start until the first. I got back to the office to check and see if my mail was in the new box, and sure enough was my package with a sticker from you guys that said "If you already know what your looking for, then that is all you will find"-anonymous, inspiring quote by healingcrystals.com I am amazed at the lesson you sent with my blessing and must tell you how grateful I am to have done business with you. I am 24, and learning pranic healing for which this crystal is PERFECT :) truly thank you for inspiring my growth
