Clear Quartz on your heart may be symbolic of clarity regarding issues on your heart seeing as Clear Quartz is known to bring clarity and light to an issue. It's a wonderful supportive stone.
It could mean many things I suppose, as dream and vision symbolism is very specific to each person.
You could sit down and meditate on the vision and see if anything comes up for you, or you could try sitting down and setting a timer for 15 minutes then just writing and see what comes up.
