I purchased some Amethyst crystals for migraine relief and so far have not found them to help with the pain. I just ordered Jet and Lapiz hoping to find the right stone for me. I'm not sure if I'm dong something wrong or I just havent fount the right stone yet. I put one on my forehead, and 1 on each side of my neck and I lie down for about 15 minutes. Could you give me some advise. Thanks, D |

Dear D, Thank you for your inquiry. For migraines as with other physical challenges, you may need more than just crystals to help you out. I recommend using more than one healing modality when dealing with intense pain* (for many that includes allopathic medicine). This being said, Amethystcrystals alone may not work for you. For example, in my own family, one person I know uses Selenite,Fluorite, and Peppermint oil to help ease the symptoms of a migraine while another uses Rose Quartz, Obsidian, and Lavender oil. Both do take over the counters remedies, go to bed in dark rooms and also use heat on their feet and ice on their heads while staying in bed for at least an hour and a half. They have found through trial and error that different crystals work for them. The person with the Black Obsidian andRose Quartz combination uses chunks of each around her entire body, while the other one uses one largeFluoritesphere under his pillow and holds one large Selenite wand. Since not everyone responds the same way to crystals, you may wish to try different ones of different sizes and shapes. If possible experiment placing them on your hand and feet chakras too. The hands and feet not only have chakras points, but have many meridians running through them that could benefit from the energy of crystals. Since you have boughtAmethyst, Lapis Lazuli, andBlack Onyx, you may want to try the Lapis Lazuli on the third eye, the Amethyston the crown chakra and theBlack Onyxon the Soul Star chakra (above the crown chakra). You may also want to try holding one of each the crystal in your own hands. I hope that these recommendations can be of assistance and that crystals grace your journey with love and light.
