Thank you for your question today. I have a feeling that you're not the only person dealing with these issues, and so your answers will help others as well. I have found you stones for each, and also a couple of stones for both concerns.
An overall helpful stone for many health issues, and especially in the case of cancer, is Amethyst, which is one of the strongest healers in the mineral kingdom. This crystal is believed to help remove all types of blockages, and can work on the subtle levels to work through and release the initial causes of disease. Amethyst is often used to raise lower energies to a higher vibration, and also to relieve pain and stress.
Natural Smokey Quartz is great at dispersing negative energies, relieving stress, and alleviating pain. This is a very protective, grounding stone, which has the quality of helping those who are dealing with long-term health issues, by lifting the depression that often accompanies those types of conditions. Smokey Quartz is often used as a detoxifying crystal as well, making it especially helpful for those dealing with cancer.
A great stone for the heart would be Rhodochrosite, which is believed to clear blockages at the heart, as well as improving circulation and blood pressure. Rhodochrosite is often placed or worn over the heart to help with heart disease.
Rhodonite is another stone with benefits for the heart, since it works very well with this chakra. It is specifically used to help clear the heart of blockages and provide stimulation.
