| Tasha, this was wonderful. What a toguhthful process you're taking yourself through. I see that many of your chakras are now a bit over-active though. Perhaps this method is a bit too overstimulating. For the next week try something different. Come up with another perscription, a different method and remember to not ignore the other chakras. Also, I feel taping the sodalite to your throat while sleeping is too much. How do you feel about trying a more gentle stone, like blue lace agate. See how you feel about that intuitively.
