I'd recommend to contact the company from whom you bought the yoni egg and find out what their methods of properly sanitizing yoni eggs are. We do not sell yoni eggs and cannot advise you on the proper practice of this.
I'm not sure that boiling them, the same way you do a menstrual cup, is safe for the crystal but the company would know best so check with them.
