Rachael is a Reiki Master Teacher, as well as a Medical Qigong Practitioner, Family Constellation Therapist, Integrative Sound & Music Practitioner, Strategic Intervention Coach, Crystal Therapist, Aromatherapist, Hypnotherapist, and Intuitive Oracle Card Reader.
Her spiritual path began at the age of 5 when she began studying classical piano. Playing the compositions of Mozart, Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, Debussy, and many others allowed her to naturally flow into alternate states of consciousness and open up to channel high vibrational frequencies. This affinity with energy and natural sensitivity forged an empathic sense, which is Rachael’s healing superpower. Her passion for performing arts, appreciation for esoteric/spiritual wisdom, empathic awareness, and insatiable desire for learning quite naturally led her to the world of healing arts. Working at spiritual and holistic centers in NYC since early 2008, conversations with enlightened and renowned teachers, healers, researchers, and thought leaders enriched her knowledge and understanding, as did access to countless spiritual tools, classes, and books.
Rachael has been a healing practitioner in NYC since 2009, when she began as a Reiki practitioner. She is now the owner and practitioner of Urban Empath and specializes in supporting empaths, highly sensitive people, intuitives, and individuals recovering from trauma to empower themselves through self-discovery and self-actualization, create successful relationships, find a true sense of purpose, and transform painful experiences into compassion and strength through vibrational medicine, aromatherapy, coaching, and hypnotherapy.
